This patient is a 34 year old female from Milford, Connecticut, who had a previous pregnancy and c-section. She had gained a significant amount of weight with pregnancy and eventually underwent a gastric bypass procedure and lost about 90 lbs. Her weight had stabilized but her breasts were still very large and she had neck and shoulder problems due to their excessive weight and sagging. In addition, she had excess skin and fat on her abdomen and flanks as well as extensive stretch marks. She had a right lower abdominal scar from another previous surgery.
She was a perfect candidate for a mommy makeover with a combined breast reduction at the same time as an abdominoplasty. During the abdominoplasty, Dr. Jandali also performed liposuction of the abdomen and love handles to give an improved contour to her waist.
She was incredibly happy with her final result. Her breast reduction scars have faded nicely and she has no more neck and shoulder aches. She loved her improved abdominal contour and barely visible scar. These before and after photos were taken about 3 months after her surgery.
