Natural Breast Augmentation with Fat: Case 1

Description

This is a 45 year old female from Fairfield County, Connecticut. She previously had a breast augmentation with implants by another surgeon, but then desired for the implants to be removed. Due to her loose skin and breast tissue after the implant removal, her previous plastic surgeon performed a breast lift. She came to Jandali Plastic Surgery wanting better shape and symmetry of her breasts, as well as to be slightly larger in size, but without any implants. Although she was thin, she was a good candidate for natural breast augmentation with fat transfer. Dr. Jandali performed liposuction of her thighs and injected 100 ml of processed and purified fat into each breast. The indented and asymmetric areas from the previous surgeries were filled and corrected. She had no additional scarring on her breasts. The after photos show her 3 months after fat transfer to the breasts. This is her final result and there is no swelling. The fat that is there now will be there forever and she has no need for implants. She is incredibly happy as her bras fit better and she loves the overall shape of her breasts.
