Description
This is a 38 year old female who had severe laxity of her abdominal wall after pregnancy and childbirth. She also had a small umbilical hernia. She was very active and fit. She underwent a mini abdominoplasty with plication of the weak fascia, repair of the hernia, and reinforcement of the entire abdomen with Phasix absorbable mesh.
