DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction: Case 47
Description
This patient underwent bilateral mastectomies and implant reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. She had right breast radiation therapy which made the implant harder and higher on her chest (capsular contracture). She was referred for bilateral implant removal and reconstruction with DIEP flaps. She then underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
