Natural Breast Augmentation with Fat: Case 3

Description

This is a patient who desired her saline breast implants to be removed without insertion of new implants. She was very thin and had almost no breast tissue. The saline implants were deflated in the office 3 weeks prior to surgery to allow the skin to contract slightly. She was taken to the operating room for removal of the saline implants, fat grafting to both breasts, and bilateral breast lifts with a scar around the areolas. The after photo is 3 months after surgery.
