Oncoplastic Breast Reconstruction: Case 24

Description

Patient with right breast cancer who underwent a right lumpectomy and oncoplastic reconstruction. She also underwent a left breast reduction for symmetry. The "After" photo shows the patient after radiation therapy to her right breast. She had slightly more volume loss than excepted with radiation to her right breast. She was offered a revision lift/reduction of the left side for better symmetry, but declined.
