This is a 37 year old female from Bridgeport, Connecticut, who had a large amount of excess skin and fat of her abdomen, especially below her umbilicus. Dr. Jandali performed an abdominoplasty and removed 8 lbs of fat and excess skin. He also performed a large amount of liposuction of her upper abdomen and flanks to give her the dramatic result seen here.
